2004 SLIX S1000
The car that started it all, circa 2004. It was the last car to carry the old Slix brand name, the last two-dimensional sketch, and the first to seriously consider aerodynamics, engine layout, and body materials. The design was inspired by the low, squared nose of the Ferrari F40 and integrated rear wing of the F50, with side intakes inspired by the F-14 Tomcat fighter jet. The engine was to be a mid-mounted, supercharged V10 fed by a large roof scoop.
